The survey for the long-awaited Angamaly Bypass will begin on Friday, said Johny Nellore, chairman of the Kerala Congress (Jacob) and former Angamaly MLA here on Thursday. Addressing a press conference here Johny Nellore said the fund for the survey and the construction of the road has been sanctioned by the government. The work has been entrusted to the Roads and Bridges Development Corporation of Kerala Ltd.
The bypass which starts from Karayamparambu near Mookkannur will be 6 km long with a width of 45 metres.
